perform constructive operation audits for the Board of Directors of federally insured
deposit institutions to help the directors meet their fiduciary responsibilities.
Since
we are professional auditors, we do NOT sell computer software or hardware. Our mission is to assist
your Board of Directors to ensure a safe and sound operation of the
financial institution.
Yennik, Inc. is a wholly owned company of it
President, R. Kinney Williams. His
banking experience of
41 years includes more than 21 years as
a bank examiner for the states of Missouri and Texas. In 1980, Yennik, Inc. began business
in Kansas City, Missouri as
R. Kinney Williams & Associates. In
1989, Mr. Williams moved to Lubbock, Texas, to assist the state of Texas with the
banking problems as Regional Director in West Texas.
After the banking problems were resolved, he returned to private
auditing.
Mr.
Williams is accredited by the Information Systems Control and Audit
Association (ISACA) as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) as
well as a Certified Financial Examiner (CFE) of the Society of Financial
Examiners (SOFE.)

federally insured deposit institutions. We have clients in 41 states. Our web site audit
associate is located in Kansas City and our proof-reader is located in Dallas.

We follow the code of ethics of these organizations.

subjects of interest to financial institutions.

News,? which covers press
releases from the federal regulators.
Both publications are e-mailed weekly to over 2,700 readers in all
50 states, DC, and 15 foreign countries.
Our information technology auditing services includes
identification, measurement, monitoring, and controls associated with risk
management. Risk management
involves information system operations, internal routine and control,
policy review, and Internet security.
